Misinformation:
The database states the fasteners are included/serviced with the flare when purchased from dealer. Research has shown that 8 of 10 purchases show the fasteners (or fastener kit) as not being included with flare.

Response:
  • Motor/CCC –MOTOR has no control @ Toyota, as stated, 8 out of 10 didn't come with clips, 2 did. Please contact Toyota
  • ADP–Lists fasteners separately. No changes warranted.
  • Mitchell–Recognizes the problem and now shows the fasteners as not being included with the flare assembly.
Results/Change:
  • Motor/CCC –Expect the same result as Mitchell.
