explanation: In the data base the “R&R frame replacement
operation” is not designated as a “Mechanical”
or “Structural” operation. Replacing a frame assembly
requires a highly skilled technician who must have extensive
mechanical and structural abilities. There is extensive mechanical
operations in the replacement process. Suggestion
