Inquiry (as stated by inquirer)

To remove the front fender flare, the front bumper, the front bumper end clip must be removed, along with the partial separation of the rocker cover. This is because the flare under-laps all of these components. If the flare is going to be reinstalled (R&I only) the fender liner must be removed to salvage the fasteners.

Mitchell: The R&I and R&R allowances have been updated. The new allowance is 1.6 hrs with a corresponding labor note which reads, Included R&I Front Bumper, R&I/R&R Fender Liner, Mudguard and Rocker Moulding, w/Stop add .4.

ADP: ADP has included the time as recommended by Toyota with the exception of the fender liner. Our time is 2.0 hrs and includes mud guard, and front bumper cover. We will add the fender liner time which will make our time 2.3 hrs.

Motor Information System 10/8/2004 - (ARM8416) Fender flare has a labor time of 0.5 hours, added footnote “Time is after fender liner and mud guard are removed.”
