- For Team 1 to achieve these hours, we need the support of all members
of the team. We have a production manager who orders all parts at the time of
estimate and makes sure that everything is in place when repairs begin. We also
try a preorder as many parts as possible. We have started team 2. We have 1
apprentice and just hired another. In one month’s time, we doubled the
amount of output with 1 less tech
